I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the need for the Minister for Education and Science to review the operation of the new weighted model of allocation of resource teachers to children with special learning needs in light of its negative effect on schools, such as St. Michael's, Inchicore, which have a high number of such pupils.
