I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the claim by Judge Harding Clark that the Health Service Executive had failed to implement many of the recommendations contained in her report of the inquiry into the hysterectomies carried out at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, and the need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children to report to the House on the steps she intends to take to ensure all recommendations of the report are promptly implemented.
