I seek the adjournment of Dáil Éireann under Standing Order 31 to discuss the following matter of urgent public and national concern, namely, the need for the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources to indicate the steps he proposes to take to address the dramatic and alarming increase in the use of the Internet for the purpose of disseminating child pornography.
