I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, when the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children will take action to stop the killing of innocent people by unregulated and unscrupulous alternative practitioners; the actions she intends to take to regulate alternative practitioners as has been promised for years; and to discuss if the working group report she has received on this matter will be of any assistance in this regard in the absence of the statutory regulation of these practitioners.
