I seek the adjournment of the Dail under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of urgent concern, namely, the failure of the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children to intervene in the Monaghan General Hospital saga to ensure the hospital is put back on call for surgeries before more lives are lost.
