I wish to seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss a matter of national importance, namely, the jailing of five men from Rossport, County Mayo; to call on the Minister of State, Deputy Frank Fahey, to come into the House and explain his role as Minister with responsibility for this project; to call on the Taoiseach to intervene to try to resolve the situation; and that a full debate be held in Dáil Éireann on this issue.
