I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss a matter of crucial importance in the context of the hospital construction programme, namely, the urgent need to fund the building of a new hospital in Daingean Uí Chúis in Dingle, County Kerry, while an offer of land at no cost to the State remains on the table.
