I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss the following matter of national importance, namely, the apparent lack of progress in re-opening the National Aquatic Centre following storm damage to the roof on 1 January and the considerable inconvenience this is causing its 4,000 membership and other users of the centre, including many of our elite swimmers.
