I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter requiring urgent consideration, namely, the Government policy of deporting non-national parents of Irish citizen children, which may be illegal under EU law in view of the ruling of the European Court of Justice in the Chen case earlier today.
