No, hold on. IFFPG runs its own business. The officials are the Department of climate action and all that, so it is their Department. In fairness, the bottle scheme, as Deputy Aird said earlier, has been a good success. These are new ideas. However, if I decide I will be Mr. Recycler of Ireland, that I will set up a plant and do everything, all I get for every tonne I put in is to lose €286. That is some system if a country it talking about recycling. I advise the Department to think about what it is doing and think outside the box for entrepreneurs. What is going in Clare is small scale, but what the person has done to recycle is phenomenal.
