If I set up a plant recycling plastic, I will not be the importer. I will have nothing to do with it. If farmers bring the plastic to me, they will pay the €120 or whatever they get to me, but the €286 per tonne for when it comes into the country will not be paid to me. Is that not preventing me being an entrepreneur in that industry?
