We are just not ready for a decrease yet but if our finances get into a position where we feel comfortable to give a decrease, we will do so. We have done this in the past. We have quite significantly decreased the recycling levy and collection charges going back ten or 12 years ago. Our finances will have to get into a good position before we would take that decision but we are not a for profit body. We do not hoard money. If we get to that position, we are happy to make reductions.
