As I was saying earlier, we do not know for sure the illegal activity but we estimate that 5% or 10% of the market might be illegal. We do all we can at the bring centres to try to identify that plastic through our traceability system. If a farmer brings that in and he does not have a valid label code or proof of purchase, he is going to be double charged. We had a big push on that this year. We found it effective. We estimate it is maybe 5% or 10% of the market.
