My first question is for the producers group. In my area outside Portlaoise we had a collection yard licensed by the local authority in Clonkeen. You bought your permit or you brought your licence, you weighed in, you paid your money and you went off, and that plastic is still out there now. What has the group planned to remove that plastic? I am a public representative who represents that area as well. That is the first question.
