That is excellent. I understand Kilkenny was one of the first counties to go live, thanks to a local authority that was very forward-thinking and progressive in its support.

This committee quite rightly spends a lot of time delving into the operations of other organisations, including in terms of underperformance and over-expenditure on projects. Are there lessons to be learned from the broadband roll-out that could be applied to other projects or to meeting other major infrastructural challenges? Rolling out broadband was a huge infrastructural challenge, given our dispersed rural population. Are there lessons from the national broadband roll-out that could be transferred to project delivery elsewhere?
