I want to go to Professor Butler, but I will add to my question. Will he speak on that, but also on another key question. Perhaps others will have a chance to come back in. The idea of a bad legal precedent has been mentioned. If we were to bring in a poor version, that is, if we bring to the Court of Justice of the European Union, for example, a case that only includes goods and not services - this might go back to Professor Koutrakos and others as well - is there a danger that we would dilute the effectiveness or credibility of our interpretation of public policy if there is a perceived disjoin with how it matches the ICJ judgment?
