Essentially, it was flagged, when the report was produced at draft stage, that there was likely to be litigation and it transpired that litigation is in being in relation to the report. The president briefed the chancellor, as I understand it, on the litigation. The chancellor was very clear that she did not want to put the university in a position whereby it would be exposed to litigation by disseminating the report further.
