I am subject to possible correction on this but I think the issue is that it is about the service and standard that is required for the service of papers, possibly in a criminal situation as opposed to how we would follow up with a civil matter, which is what our investigation and sanctions section does. It is organised. There are different approaches under the one organisation. Again, that is something that needs to be brought together, rationalised and supported by more coherent legislative provisions that avoid this suggestion there are two disparate dimensions to the RTB, which there are not.
