I move amendment No. 152:

In page 67, between lines 13 and 14, to insert the following: “(b) at least 20 per cent of members shall have a level B2 or higher of competency in spoken Irish on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR),”.

I put this forward because it increases the Irish language competency on the governing authority, and it is the same for amendment No. 153.
