Apologies have been received from Deputies Matthews, O'Connor and Duncan Smith. Our colleague, Senator Buttimer, is back with us. We made reference to this point in our previous meeting but we pass on our commiserations to the Senator's family on the sad passing of his dad, who was a legend in his own right in the disability sector. I share the committee's sympathies with the Senator.
