Perhaps Mr. Fraser could comment on the establishment of an investigation by the Cabinet, which Mr. Fraser was tasked with heading up, into the leaking of confidential information from the Cabinet. I am speaking specifically in relation to the leaking of the report of the Commission of Investigation into Mother and Baby Homes in January 2021. Does Mr. Fraser think that the establishment of an investigation into the leaking of that information was necessary?
