Mr. Dara Lynott:
The main point is that when it is non-ETS, it becomes a responsibility of Ireland to meet targets. When it is in the ETS, it becomes a responsibility of industry. Moving it into the ETS would allow for industry to take that generation and carbon reduction as part of its ETS targets.
