I thank the Business Committee for allowing us to meet today. Before we get to speak to the witnesses, I want to remind members and our guests of our parliamentary privilege inside and outside Leinster House. I remind members that they must be in the Leinster House complex or on the grounds of the Convention Centre Dublin to attend this meeting. If any member attempts to participate from outside of Leinster House, I will ask him or her to leave the meeting.

I remind witnesses that as they are giving their evidence from outside of Leinster House, they may not have the same privilege as if they were in Leinster House. They may think it is appropriate to take legal advice on this matter. They are reminded they should not criticise or make charges against any person or damage the good name of any person. They must stop if I say I think they are breaking the rules.

I propose we approve the minutes of the last meeting that was held on 20 April. Is that agreed? Agreed.
