The most recent target setting exercise we undertook was for 2018. We will issue 2019 targets shortly. We used the housing needs assessment study, which I spoke to Deputy Cassells about, to proportionally break down the overall national target between individual local authorities. The allocation is based on evidence and the proportionate share of need across the country.
