The issues involved are varied. With the indulgence of the Chairman, I will ask one of my colleagues to speak about the actual practicalities involved. During our engagement with local authorities we see issues in local communities. Local engagement is needed to try to get projects across the line. Sometimes there can be issues related to engagement between the local authorities and the Traveller community. One of my colleagues from the local authorities might like to give a flavour of what it is like on the ground.
