I want to go back to the projects. As I was a member of a local authority for approximately 20 years, I appreciate that it can be difficult to get projects over the line. Mr. McCarthy might give us a synopsis of the general problems in getting projects like the provision of Traveller accommodation over the line. The amount of money available is relatively small. Does the Department engage with the local authorities? When a local authority applies for funding for a scheme, the Department agrees with the scheme and money is available, I presume it is pretty much locked down at that stage.
