That is part of the day to day management of staff in the INIS and part of the quality control system in place. We ensure as much as we possibly can that there is fairness in the system. We spend a lot of time training staff that they are dealing with human beings, not a number. We also train them to apply a standard process in everything they do. We have induction courses for new staff, refresher courses and individual courses. We are constantly looking at how we can improve our service in that regard.
