Can the Commissioner justify to citizens of Europe, including citizens in Ireland who contribute to this EU budget, why their money should be spent on weapons that are designed to kill people as opposed to being invested in health, education and infrastructure? Can the Commissioner justify that as a moral and political choice by the Commission to advocate?
