The Commission's proposal will give the basis for making experiences. A first tender, a first year, then we will see what is the outcome, what is the direction of the market for our industries and then let us come back to the Deputy's question. In the end we need more Europe, even in defence, because America first can mean that Europe has to do more for its own external and internal security, of which I am sure.
