There was an effort to strike that balance. At the same time, the European Commission has spoken more recently about using artificial intelligence to tackle illegal content online, which should not undermine the prohibition on monitoring. Again, it is trying to strike the balance between those two things. I want to be absolutely clear that anyone can report threats, jokes or passing comments about rape.
