If somebody posted a video and mocked the person in the video or condoned what was happening, we would not allow that. We allow certain forms of violence in order for people to raise awareness around a particular issue. If the person depicted in the video reported it, we would remove it. In any situation where someone shared it to condone the behaviour or to mock the person, we would also remove that no matter who reported it.
