The period being discussed was before email and digital files. We have gone through our various records and indexes in the Department to see what files we have. We have not turned up anything that is directly relevant to the circumstances of Mr. Harris, who was then what was known as our professional accountant and the lead person dealing with the Garda in respect of this in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
