No. In response to a question from the Chairman Ms Bolger put forward the view that in regard to the objective justification test the Protection of Employees (Fixed Term Work) Act 2003 might be of assistance. We are aware of other legislative provisions which could be of assistance in regard to the definition of "employee" and "employer".
