Ms Bolger and Ms Maguire welcomed the Bill. The committee's engagement with them was one of the best we have had. It was very constructive. They stated that the definitions of "worker" and "employer" as currently set out in the Bill are problematic because they are taken from different Acts. In regard to the definition of "worker" and the exclusion in that regard of "all people employed by or under State", is that an issue that will be addressed?
