Are the creative industries highly dependent now on European funding streams? If one is an artist in Dublin or working in the arts industry, the first port of call is the Arts Council. We have been privy to other forms of funding that perhaps might not have been as accessible for artists living anywhere else in Ireland. Does the witness believe that because of that we have a high dependency on EU funding?
