I take every opportunity I can in a public forum to apologise, and I must do that in front of the committee. It is a chapter of the bank's history we must never repeat. Therefore, I can categorically assure the committee there have been many learnings. We have the Central Bank's tracker review with regard to ensuring the provision of information, because this was what it was about. There was no willful misrepresentation as it was about the provision of information. We need to ensure the buyer of a banking product absolutely has the right information.
