Yes Deputy, myself and my colleagues in the NTMA were requested by senior officials in the Department of Finance to attend meetings in the Central Bank with them, probably from about mid-September 2008 onwards. They asked us for our technical assistance in terms of trying to understand what was going on, given that people in the NTMA would seem to be more market-facing and have an understanding of capital markets.
