In my opening comments today I referenced your involvement with the NTMA and with your permission, I'd like to maybe drift into that area now that we're speaking about the guarantee. Was the NTMA contacted, or you in your capacity in the NTMA contacted by Government or the Department of Finance in the lead up or during the eve of the night of the guarantee?
