No. 3B.4 is correspondence, received on 9 May 2014, from Eames Solicitors regarding Ms Angela Kerins. The correspondence is to be noted and published. The committee has informed Ms Kerins of the next stage in its examination of Rehab. The request from one Dáil committee to another for application of compellability is a parliamentary procedure and there is no provision whereby those who may be the subject of compellability can have an input into the process. That is our response to the letter received. The application has been submitted, as has the application in respect of the SIPTU fund. We are awaiting a response from the Committee on Procedure and Privileges.
