I refer to section 83(1), on page 53 of the Bill, which states: "Such persons as are designated by the Minister for Health, following consultation with the Minister, and who, immediately before the establishment day". This refers to a "day", or "days", but surely what we are establishing here is a single entity so why should there be establishment of a "day" or "days"? With respect, we are establishing a child and family agency, something that cannot be done over several different days. It is either to be established or not.
