This is about the transfer of staff. As the Deputy knows, more than 4,000 staff have been identified who will transfer to the agency. This measure is to allow for the possibility of other staff, who may also move, for whatever reason. An enormous amount of work, including HR work, has been done in the past year and a half and further validation may be needed in respect of certain employees. There may be a small number who would be identified as needing to transfer after a given date. The amendment is merely to allow some flexibility in that regard. There is nothing else behind it.
