I apologise for Deputy O'Sullivan who, unfortunately, is unable to attend the meeting. No. 1 is minutes of the previous meeting on 27 February, which have been circulated. Are the minutes agreed? Agreed. Unless there are matters arising from the minutes, we will proceed with the main business of the meeting. I remind members and people in the Public Gallery to ensure their mobile phones are switched off completely for the duration of the meeting as they cause interference with the recording equipment in our committee rooms, even in silent mode.
