If I am honest, I do not actually know if people are allocated to both telephone lines. I can certainly find out and it is certainly something we can explore. While it is not often observed, we have a callback service so it is open for anyone who calls the telephone line to opt to be called back and it is possible to specify that the call back be as Gaeilge.
