This amendment seeks to make statutory provision for consultation on the provision of a dedicated Irish-language youth radio service. I will not accept this amendment because the Future of Media Commission recommended that coimisiún na meán undertake a comprehensive review of the provision of Irish language services across the media system and the results of that review will inform developing any actions necessary in this area.
