To clarify, the qualification in town planning is a four-year undergraduate degree or a two-year masters with another relevant qualification. We are in a much wider context because of the difficulty across the board in securing planners for a whole range of things that are national objectives we need to do and looking, with the local government sector, at how we can broaden the base of recruitment for planners and looking at other areas and how people could be fast-tracked into training. The suggestion is reasonable and can be taken on board.
