It is an interesting point about the word "culture" in the legislation. I had interpreted it and understood it to mean that the language was associated with the cultural heritage and patrimony. It would be concerning if it was being extended into other facets in Gaeltacht areas because the primary and clear objective is linguistic. That is understood and that is a good point.
