Will Ms Phelan explain to me, as someone who represents Galway, if that was analysed in the Gaeltacht and non-Gaeltacht in the small area statistics? If that analysis has been done, it will show either that there is no difference, or that there are differences and therefore there are different policies in different areas. Will she make that available to the committee? I am not just talking about taking a global figure. Parts of the city are designated a Gaeltacht. Have the small area statistics been done on all the areas that are designated and not designated to see how they compare and how there would be nuanced policies for the areas with stronger Irish? In addition, will she give us the conclusion of the linguistic analysis of the city on which the council formed its draft city plan?
