We use the same baseline as everybody else as a census. I am not privy to any other nationally accredited census survey for Irish speakers. It asks a number of questions. As the Deputy knows, one of the competencies asked is whether a person can speak Irish and the second is whether it is used on a daily basis. That is reflected in the plan.
