We are looking for ideas too. That is the work this committee is doing. The witnesses are the ones dealing with this issue day to day. They are engaging with developers in the case of the city council, and their colleagues in the county authority are dealing with potential homeowners and so on. Based on their day-to-day interactions as planners, if they have the ambition to do this, they must have ideas as well. I am sure the Chairman and the clerk will facilitate them forwarding those ideas to us in writing.
