We can all have ambitions, but does the Deputy have any ideas as to how those ambitions can be delivered from a legislative or constitutional point of view? We have to remember the city is the most multicultural location in the country, so I do not know how we could do that constitutionally with regard to housing, for example. We are open to ideas and it is the Legislature that would make the provision for that.
